While technically cabbage and broccoli are allowed, they can contribute to a gassy tummy and gastrointestinal (GI) stasis, so I would avoid them entirely.

Best to stick with – kale, basil, dill, carrot tops, cilantro, parsley, fennel tops, dandelion greens, and a small amount of dark lettuce
